When to Brew: When it's freezing cold and you need to warm up. Or you're feeling blue and need a pick me up
How I Brew: 1 teaspoon per cup for 4-6 mins in 95-100°C water. My mum adds this to my Desi Masala Chai to make it super spicy. My friend Trishna made me a Turmeric Latte, by grounding this up, adding cinnamon, vanilla and pepper with sweetened almond milk. It is absolutely delicious 🤤
