What's It Taste Like: You know how turmeric is like the unsung hero in the kitchen? Well, it's time to spill the tea on it as a drink! This spicy, fragrant concoction is like a cosy hug from Mother Earth herself. Seriously, it's so good for you that it should basically come with its own halo!

When to Brew: When it's freezing cold and you need to warm up. Or you're feeling blue and need a pick me up 

How I Brew: 1 teaspoon per cup for 4-6 mins in 95-100°C water. My mum adds this to my Desi Masala Chai to make it super spicy. Why not make a Turmeric Latte, by grounding this up, adding cinnamon, vanilla and pepper with sweetened almond milk? It is absolutely delicious 🤤
