Free delivery you say?

Yep, all UK orders over £28 will receive for free standard delivery, excluding Matcha Gift Sets, Hampers and Advent Calendars, which are chargeable.

Standard delivery is fulfilled by Royal Mail (Tracked 48) and I (or my mum!) aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days, quicker if I can. Please allow 3 days for delivery

But I need my items quicker than that

If you definitely need your items by a certain day, please contact me before placing your order. I can look at Special Delivery rates, but this all dependant on weight and when you place your order, so I can't have a pricing rate. Unfortunately, I cannot offer Saturday delivery at present

What are the options?

These rates are set not only by the weight, but the thickness of the item. If it doesn't fit in the large letter boxes, then it will go to the next category (small parcel box)

For UK delivery, the rates are:

Standard Delivery Large Letter (fulfilled by Royal Mail 2nd Class) - orders under £28 - £2.80

Standard Delivery Small Parcel (fulfilled by Royal Mail Tracked 48) - orders under £28 and Matcha Gift Sets - £4.50

Standard Delivery (fulfilled by Royal Mail Tracked 48) - orders over £28 - FREE (excluding Matcha Gift Sets, Hampers and Advent Calendars) 

I'm in Peterborough. Can I come and pick up my order?

Unfortunately I am unable to offer collections, however if you live within post codes PE1 to PE5, my mum can drop it off to you! Local free delivery is automatically calculated at the checkout

But I don't live in the UK. What about me?
